at most I seem to see people saying he's a normal dad and that he wanted the kids more than she did. both I think are true. I don't get dad of the years vibes from anyones posts but idk
I think they both will avoid conversations that make them uncomfortable which isn't good. as someone already pointed out that was probably a huge problem in their marriage too

Superficial fun dad...yes!
I know we don't see it all, and never have, but I do know that we have seen, dozens of times, Don drunk-singing in TheeThee's ear. Every time, I'm silently screaming, "STFU and talk to that child."
I went back to look for Valentine videos from the last four years.
I gave up after I found the one where Jen cooked Hello Fresh.
It was not a loving Valentine's day, to be sure.
Don had that smirk on as he critiqued the dinner, said something like it was adequate or standard or some such.
I gave up after that.
What a hoax their marriage was.
And BOTH of them knew it was a hoax but still brought children into it.
Pathetic.
