Her narrative on IG today is ALMOST letting out some information:

I’m taking time this weekend to really give myself a mental break. I can hear the snide remarks already: “Your whole life is a break!” “You don’t know what true suffering is!” “You’re a vapid, shallow narcissist who fishes for compliments on the internet!” Seriously,
I get comments, messages, and emails just like this every day. What’s worse is I have thought all of these things about myself, and worse. I’m not sharing this as a means for validation. Trust me, I know true validation can only come from within. And I am making huge progress with that. I am sharing this because I want to encourage you to take the time to tend to yourself. Take care of yourself. And don’t let the judgements of others, perceived or real, stop you from doing what you need to love yourself well.

That saying that “no one can pour from an empty cup” - it took me a whole lot of time, life experiences, and sometimes wading knee deep through crap to see that truth. But I see it now. And I will not let anyone else dictate to me how I can or cannot live my life, spend my time, and love myself. Ever again. You don’t have to either. It is not selfish, vapid, or narcissistic to take care of yourself as only you truly know how. Self love has a true ripple effect. Just imagine what kind of world we might live in if more people truly took this to heart, instead of deflecting their own unhappiness onto others. You do you, boo. Love yourself well. You and your loved ones deserve it "
