I haven’t seen it discussed but I’m sure there are already trusts set up by his parents and he will have trust set up as well for the kids’ education and for general monies, particularly so that if he were to die while they were minors, Jen would not control that money. I think it’s substantial enough that they would want it controlled by a professional money manager and possibly a family member as a co-trustee.
