I would guess it will go around $1.5M or so. It will depend on how desperate they are to sell and how many offers come in. Also, they protested their 2018 property taxes. Unless they also protested 2019, those are probably closer to $25K now. . -

And again with the whining about anxiety. Even with the impending move, she will most likely have a home with no mortgage. She’s obnoxious. And insufferable.
And her inability to tolerate her two children. I have raised children every day since I was 19. (Not just my own.) Not four freaking years. Over 40. And I’m stuck here with a whiny teenager who keeps looking for reasons to leave the house, then getting upset that I won’t let her. I guess I’m just not up for 5-year-old Jen’s breathy bitching. Because she has to raise her children...sometimes. I guess if you bitch in a soft voice people think you’re nice.

Moving out is one thing...finding a spot for all that crap in the new, presumably smaller house, is a whole other predicament
I don’t believe for a second that Jen is moving on her own accord. The woman does not do well with change, unpredictability, or having to do any sort of work. Moving is going to force her to face all that head-on.

When CC started talking about school, Jen was already saying she was worried about doing lives with the kids. Now CC exposes Jennifer, yet again. The IG lives are over! Maybe Jennifer will find time when the kids have their afternoon rest. I doubt it though, since that's her very precious ME time. . -
