Here's what I don't get about these people. They harp on self care and being gentle with yourself and all that other horseshit. But they look like they were dragged through a hedge backwards.

Much like the Hayride where we knew they hated each other, we just didn’t think they would actually divorce.
Team Shitquote thinks Jen started this nonsense with the Shitquotes and when she told Don she was unhappy and wanted to separate/divorce, he didn’t fight for her at all.

OK I have a theory, don't know if it's been tossed out here yet.
I don't think Don cheated.
I think HE was close, so he maybe wanted to do couple's therapy in some way.
She said that there's nothing wrong with her. YOU can't tell me how to love myself. Yeah right Jen.
I think it got ugly the week before she was supposed to go to that ShitQuote Camp.
I think he asked her not to go, to stay. That her naval gazing was a problem
She went.
He called a realtor. Realtor rented him a place and realtor called a furniture staging rental place.
BaddaBing! BaddaBoom! He was moving. And she cried all weekend.

Yes, thanks for kind thoughts. So glad I have the bakery these days. Y’all are a godsend.
I just don’t get this chic. Her life is virtually unchanged. I’d like to see her walk in my shoes. Five school aged kids at home and a disabled husband. Plus I’ve got an essential working daughter with 2 kids, and a pregnant daughter, a dad with dementia and a handicapped brother. It’s just my 80 year old mom and me holding things together. Basically, all Jen is being asked to do is stay home in her mansion, count (Don’s) money, and play with her kids. She plays poor, pitiful momma for the street cred to ride the struggle bus like the rest of us.

Uh, kids spent the night at Don’s and she’s crying
I guess she’s just realizing that this divorce is really happening.
Sorry, but I just can’t take her serious when she tries to convince us she’s crying only because they spend a night with their dad. He’s living close by!
I’ll follow my desires today and clean the house... 🙈

Madmom, that is what I don't understand. She just thinks that she has it SOOOOO hard. And she doesn't. I have had a pretty blessed life aside from the parental hardships, but even with them, I know that I am lucky, and I am grateful for everything I have and have been able to do in my life. For being so self-aware, she is about the most unaware person I have ever seen.

I started watching her latest video about co parenting but couldn't finish it, her kids are fine with their dad I think shes upset as she realises she no longer has control over them. She should be thankful they still have a dad so many kids have no other father figure and especially now eith this virus she should be grateful for her life and stop reading self help books and podcasts x

Not Jenfending, but I think the kids staying the night could be a wake up call that there’s no going back to her easy life style. I know there are a lot of people in worse shape than her especially right now. But this is self absorbed Jen we are talking about. This is the worst thing she has had to deal with. I think she needs real therapy right now. Not the shitquotes she is taking from everyone.
