Same. I peaked at a 9:30 or 10:00 average mile many years ago. Now I’m more like 11:00. Let me assure you, I am still very much a runner, regardless of how long it takes me to cover a distance.
Brush CCs hair for crying out loud!!!! She doesn’t go to school like that. Doesn’t mess up her hair at school. Doesn’t come home like that. What the hell is happening that her hair is such a mess every time we see her. I want a teacher to notice and question what is going on in that house.

I really don't wish ill will on anyone. However I do hope she loses subs and views after all the bullshit she has done lately. I refuse to view anything of hers at all and I wish people would unsubscribe. I hope she gets no sponsorships until she takes it seriously. It is utterly amazing how there are other Youtubers out there with multiple channels and side businesses who manage to put out well thought out, quality content on a consistent basis. They looked groomed and clean as well as their children. Her divorce did not really change much of her day to day so that's not an excuse. God I just want to scream at her, "Get your shit together you lazy entitled b*tch!".

I was on Etsy finding a small business to support- it is a single mom who is making rose gold bracelets #runforpeoplethatareirrelevant. And, then, of course, I did have to run. The whole situation has me struggling. Then, I listened to a shitquoter's podcasts and realized, I need to put my phone down and not worry about others- it's important to be gentle with myself, you know. Things are hard, but my berries are fresh as they day I made my zillionth trip to Whole Foods to buy them.

That bit didn't bother me so much because my youngest boy has a full head of hair, he came out of the womb with Uncle Jesse hair and it cracks me up when he wakes up, and it is taller than he is. Within ten minutes his hair and teeth are brushed and his face washed. Charlotte walks around all day with a bird's nest on her head. If she cries when Jen brushes her hair, a little in conditioner will work wonders.
