Anyway ....
Don didn’t tell her right away, she was pretty much the last to know besides Jill and Bob. Don and his father quickly consulted their lawyers about options to which there weren’t any and then broke it to Jen. Obviously I didn’t witness her reaction but I was told she threw up and then spent a couple hours lock in her bathroom immediately following the news.. -

.Ok let’s try this. Tosh.0 and how Jen found out? Jacob was the one who contacted Don and made him aware. Everyone knows better than to unleash information like that on just Jen. Don was always the buffer.
I knew it was significant that Jacob had Tosh.0 listed in the TV shows on his FB page...and he’s probably still a loyal fan.
I'm 26, which is like a year or so younger than Jacob (guesstimate) and in H.S. (2010-ish) Tosh was THE SHOW of the boys at my school. So yeah, that actually makes sense. I think it was on later at night, too? If Don was working a trading gig, he probably had to be up pretty early for work and wasn't watching TV at 11 pm at night. I remember seeing Jen's episode of Tosh when it aired, I was at my guy friend's house. He loved that show.. -

Jen is out of her mind (and Don is too if he agrees) to think a judge would grant her travel until the age of 5. It's custody. There is video evidence of her leaving her children to go on trips. A judge will see right through her. A judge isn't going to say OK Dad this is your 6 weeks of summer break for visitation, but mom has to be there too. Stage 5 clinger.
