I’ve just found the house on another listing site with a lot more photos than on Zillow. Everything is a match.

The house is listed on the county property tax site as 3700 ft main living. I don't know if that includes the basement since it days 4500 total sq ft on real estate listing. That isn't small.
The master bedroom is 26 x 14 with an 11 x 7 ft closet. The house isn't small by my standards.

Sale Terms: Conventional
This means that the buyer of the home took out a conventional mortgage? It could say cash I'm thinking. We need our realtor friend to weigh in.

That pic has thrown a lot off scale, the fridge, the island...real estate pic trick. My bet is the kitchen is a bit small, but then I think the kitchen in the old house is smallish for that size house too

Anyone sitting on those bar stools would have to get up if Jen needs access to the fridge/freezer. Weird kitchen for a 3,300+ sq ft house. Even weirder that the zillow listing doesn't have pictures of the kitchen on it.

No. Just looked up two cash buys under trust, both say conventional.
