The KitchenAid and my house are the best investments in anything material I have ever done. The KitchenAid is used so often, I had to put sticky felt pads on the bottom of it, so I can slide it on the counter easily. Just today, meatloaf, lemon loaf and ice cream. It's a workhorse.

What the hell is Jen's monthly allowance?? She's been blowing through $10,000+ for months I consider it a curse, not a gift.

Copper kitchen aid, here. Not the shit fake copper one, the metallic series one. I waited years for it, and wouldn’t even buy a regular one until I could get it because I have a rule about not spending money on the same item twice - I’d rather wait and get what I really want. I love that thing.

QUOTE (ShiseidoCottonPad @ 7/12/2020, 01:43 PM) Wtf is that you want, Jen? She really, really hates Donald.
Spill, girl, spill. Without regret. You know you want to.
I put that last bit in in for those who think she reads here.

I'm not really sure if she reads here or not. Like 7 years ago she could never handle it but she is so far up her own ass now that I could see her coming here and reading with a smug ass smile convincing herself that we are all hAtErS and she is so existentially above us.

QUOTE (BackupSize8 @ 12/7/2020, 22:59) Sounds like the KitchenAid is an investment after all. I love mine (Red)! You can make a shit ton of cookie dough in the fall, freeze them and bake them when you want to give them out. It saves a lot of hand mixing if you want to be gentle with yourself. Don’t forget to get the Martha Stewart cookbooks like Jen. I got Cakes, Cookies, Pies and Tarts and Cupcakes off eBay for $4 each.

I was given a kitchenaid by an old neighbor who was moving to France. My MIL was very impressed with it, said it was the better version than hers (and she is fancy). I sold it at the start of the year for $80 to a guy who couldn’t believe his luck. It was honestly a win for us both, I couldn’t justify the space in my kitchen when the two times I used it there was dry flour right in the bottom after mixing the ingredients so I had to mix it myself anyway. May as well have mixed it from the start, less cleaning. 🤷🏻♀️
Also I am torn on whether she reads or not. Part of me thinks it too coincidental, especially this year. The other says I don’t think she’d waste her precious me time. I think the most she’d do is a scan of topics. But then why answer things directly and give herself away and admit we advise good things (ex. Getting shoes fitted)? That part I can’t reconcile.

My guess is a 'loving' Jenion suggested the fitting, perhaps even FleetFeet. I'm not sure she has the energy to read here, and play the game of responding but not looking like she is.
I can't figure out the kids' schedule. Are Sunday's with Don or the whole weekend. Friday Night Lonely Smores must have been after they went to bed because why would the go to Don's Friday/Saturday, return Sat eve, and then be gone again Sunday. Unless she records stories and posts later. Did she have those new shoes on her run the other day?
She finally went for a fitting again because she now has the ME time she wanted with them going to Don's.
Kitchen AId.... YES a great investment! Have had mine about 15 years and it makes baking so much easier and cleaner. For quarantine I ordered the pasta attachment....fun but I admittedly only have used it once (very Jennish of me) and I am eyeing the juicer attachment.
