Very on brand for Jen to do so little with so much. She could put her kids in the car and deliver meals to the elderly or needy for Christmas. You know, show the kids what it means to be kind and selfless. But to do that, it has to start with her.

I just looked back on Jen’s saved stories for the MTMI 30 day work out. I was shocked at how much smaller she looked at the start of the program. It was right before Thanksgiving. Attached Image

She looks bloated. Part of it could be water retention from working out like a psycho multiple hours a day for a month straight with no rest days. But I think she’s likely also inhaling food like there’s no tomorrow. You’re going to have a raging appetite working out like that. Whatever the reason...she does look heavier.
