You are right.
Stet is latin - means "as you were". In editing, it means "disregard the changes my proofreader/editor asked for".
What a horrible word of the year. It's basically "status quo" or "stagnating".

Jen never mentions FaceTiming with the kids when they are at Don’s who lives nearby - why now? Could they actually have been away, say in Utah? Or was this just another Jenploy to make it seem like she misses them?

A niece is shopping for her first home. Despite offering up to $50,000 over asking price, she just keeps getting outbid. Meanwhile, RM1 been on market how long now and price reduced how many times?
Personally I thinks it’s a bad market to be buying in. Overpriced and you won’t get that money back. A condo in my development just sold for record high. SMH
