It is beyond frustrating to see someone handed an amazing life on a platter - even an amazing divorce on a platter - and completely waste it all. (Yes, divorce is hard, but all she’s shown is an amazingly easy divorce where she’s been well taken care of.) Watching someone just pass the time with very little responsibility while pretending their life is difficult is disturbing. Having her play the single mom card over and over - whether she says it outright or implies it - is infuriating to anyone who has ever been an actual single mom, like I have been. So much potential, on paper, but the reality is just bonkers. It’s no wonder she has no friends. I can’t believe anyone in her family can stand her. Watching someone with so little self-awareness and who contributes so little to the world, have an easy life, is just infuriating.

Why does she do things like give the dog a bath when the kids are around? Unless Winnie gets dirty on a walk or something, why not save that for a time when you are not going to be interrupted every 5 minutes? I can say I don’t get her logic but I know what it is. If all the things that aren’t me time get done while the kids watch Paw Patrol, then she can fully devote her kid free weekends to herself.

Jen's never going to change. Divorce should make you look within yourself and address flaws, not just what you believe are wrongs done against you. Even if it's amicable you should do that.

She really has no idea how good her life is because of Don's money. It shelters her from absolutely every single hardship. The only thing that will affect Jen is an illness or death in the family and she'll still be able to be gentle with herself because she has ZERO demands from the outside world.
