Wasn't that an organic chocolate spread as well? Anna has talked before about how when you buy organic it's more nutrient dense meaning you need to eat less. Perhaps after her eating disorder recovery she started allowing non organic foods too, now that she's not restricting anymore.
What I don't understand is why they don't seem to eat veggies anymore though. Instead, they have 22 doughnuts in 1 day, brownie the next and then butter soup with ravioli for dinner. So maybe there'll be a relapse story video soon, who knows.
