I never could figure out why she never bought truly quality items or why their house didn’t look more stylish & high-end.
I don’t have her kind of money, but she buys just regular old stuff that most people can afford - she just buys more of it.
And, w/ their kind of money, if she doesn’t understand decorating, she had the money to hire someone to do it for her.
However, if you look at Don’s parents, they’re very similar.

We aren't anywhere near that right now. We are doing a "same day, different year" rewatch for the days that she has vlogs. This week she went to California with Emily & Suz and then met up with Don and they went to Disney. tomorrow she is running a half marathon at Disney.

They did spend oddly. Michael Kors watch and a count me healthy bracelet. J.Crew stuff from years and years ago and random owl garbage from Target. So many purses and wallets from companies she couldn’t pronounce, and those hideous Erin Condren suitcases. All the fancy dinners out and groceries from Whole Foods and room service, but a boring bland house with crap everywhere and a giant brown couch. A nail tech that comes to her house but no dermatologist, decent hair stylist, psychologist, personal trainer. Gajillions of trips to Disney, buying into DVC, but flying economy and only occasionally going somewhere fun and hating it.
It was all always odd. Plenty of people are popular because of things looking expensive but how to do it on a budget. Jen managed to cheapen tons of money.

Does she have any idea how totally f’d this is?? Jen is totally undisciplined and hasn’t been showing up for her kids or her “career” in ages. She definitely wasn’t showing up for her husband the last 3+ years of their marriage, at a minimum.
