... what does she think every other child in the world does? Grabs their briefcase and heads out the door to a day at the office? I think she is actually LETTING them play for once in their lives just because she's so overwhelmed by having so much time with them. For the four years prior to COVID, she treated them like regimented little soldiers.

I’m looking at her “safe spaces” & I...I have just never met or “met” anyone who talks & thinks so much about themselves all the time. And I don’t know any other mother who could work out & do yoga 4 hours a day. Unless they have a live in nanny, I guess. That’s definitely not the case here. (It would probably be good for the kids.)

Yoga:
It’s no secret that yoga has been a big part of my fitness journey for years. The solace I feel while practicing is both restorative and therapeutic to my anxious heart. Yoga is always there for me, in good times and bad, in sickness and in health. And I know on the days that I crave internal peace, I can find it, if even for a few minutes, while practicing. (Insert a tag to yoga with Adrienne with a flowery thank you).

Of course she has a dedicated popcorn bowl that I'm sure has never seen any other type of food pass its rim. And yeah, talking about the calorie count of popcorn... but no disordered eating here... nothing to see.
