I did 26 minutes on the treadmill today, and then promptly decided that was enough.  I’ve been doing the recommended amount of exercise for an average adult (150 minutes a week) for 7 years now, and I am still yet to feel the “endorphins” in fact, if my AirPods aren’t charged I will sit and wait for them to before I do anything.

it started pretty recently. when the kids are home they stay at the house and bake or watch TV from 40 feet away but when they’re with Don she’s immediately out of the house with her favorite girl (Winnie)

I have a Pekingese and I know they are very sensitive to temperatures. I can’t imagine Shitzus are much different.
That is awful cold to be out there for too long, especially Winnie’s age. And she is mostly inside all day and night.

Never seen the lake before until a couple months ago. The kids would love to go in the summer.
