I do not want to offend anyone and I am only snarking on Jen.
She has worked out for hours everyday for the past three months. The meals she shows are only a few hundred calories of steamed veggies or other bland food. She still would weigh probably 150 lbs at 5' 4''. She looks like a typical healthy woman. She is lying about her exercise or food intake or both. Even if she ate a lot of the baked goods she would have lost more weight with all the exercise.

Absolutely. I said before she must be eating like an absolute beast (not what she’s showing us) for her to work out like that and still look the way she does. I believe she’s doing the workouts. It’s the food she’s lying about.

These workouts making her abs pop are ultimately unsustainable. If she’s going to ever actually “accept her body,” she needs to accept the one she has from daily yoga, walks, and maybe some cardio. Not the one she gets during one of her manic phases.

I always forget about the alcohol
she’s probably also having donut Sunday, donut Monday, donut Tuesday...
the Dunkin drive thru seems to be one of the few places she’s comfortable taking the kids
and she may workout for 3 hours a day but often follows it up with 6 hours of baking. for the kids of course
