I loved the confused tone in her voice when she couldn’t figure out why Winnie was “just standing there.”

Maybe because (1) it’s freezing cold & the snow is higher than Winnie is & (2) Winnie is an older dog who probably prefers NOT to be around CC & Donny.
Also, it looks like Donny may have had a haircut. I wonder if he got the haircut over the weekend during Don’s time?
