So since Jen and Don divorced she gets half of everything correct?
What if (BIG WHAT IF) Don remarries without a prenup and then gets divorced again. Does that ex wife get half as well?
Where does that leave Don financially?
Wife #2, with no pre-nup, would only be entitled to 50% of what they accumulated during their marriage. Any assets that either brought into the marriage would be theirs and would not need to be split. I can pretty much guarantee that Don will not enter into any marriage without a prenup again.. -
