It makes her binging on peanut butter and emergency truffles all the more hilarious
I picture her prying up a loose floorboard in her craptice to unearth the emergency truffles.. -
.I LOVE that Don wanted absolutely nothing except for what he walked out with. This is the closest Jen has come to suffering the consequences of blowing his money on crap and all the hoarding she did. I hope she has a week to get it all done in
Ha ha
I think when men are done they are just done.
He probably tried, she shut him down, he said fine and got out with the clothes on his back and his hard drives.
He is probably so happy - living in a sleek modern condo - that man wakes up everyday and probably is happier than a pig in you know what. She is miserable and I would bet he doesn’t care either way. I don’t think he gives her a second thought.. -
.
The woman can't even binge properly. Those vegan truffles look like petrified dog doo. . -
.Coming soon to North Shore Exchange:
An entire set of Villeroy & Boch Toscana discontinued dinnerware.
Seller #8776
It was probably a wedding gift. -
.
A lot if those housewares items she can sell either in FB marketplace or through her Instagram page. Jenions would clamor to buy her things.
I agree with whoever said she should have done an estate sale. I’ll bet Missy could have hooked her up.. -
.
You can't do an estate sale if you are still hoping for reconciliation... . -
.
IIRC that was their every day China set and she had a formal China set in storage boxes in the mud room/hall closet (I forget which but I think mud room).. -
.
So basically, the sale is contingent on her getting all that stuff out. I can't believe she's left it all there so long! . -
.
Groundhog day,day after day...like Jen🤮 Attached Image. -

That’s not a contingency. Contingencies are on the buyer side. Typically financing.
It is expected that you’ll get your crap out. There is (even in COVID times) a walk through done the day before or morning of closing to be sure house is empty, broom clean and in the same condition as when buyer enter contract to buy.
Why she left it all for the last minute will remain one of life’s little mysteries since I doubt Jen will be called to share. If she could not emotionally deal with it, she should have had it moved to storage (where it will sit and rot until the end of time.). -
.
While Jen is being super boring, let me show the latest way my mom and fellow Baker Shrimpgate has trolled me. I came home to this postcard in the mail earlier this week, signed "From one Baker to another"😂
Isn't her artwork amazing? The black and white parts are photocopied, but all the rest is hand painted!Attached Image. -
.
Y'all, it's scary how much we know this twit. The minute she mentioned taking off a week because she needed her focus elsewhere, you all called it down the line. It's been a year and she hasn't moved jack out of that house. Why? Depression, denial, or because she thought her move was temporary is my guess. We know she HATES doing anything that isn't her idea, or to benefit herself in some way. She probably told Don to come and get what he wanted, and she was waiting all this time for him to do so. He was like, I want none of this crap. . -

It's not a mystery at all.
She's one of the laziest people I've ever, ever seen.
That's all it boils down to.. -

I don’t think she will do everything... I think she is going to put it in storage and just posted that because it’s expansive and some follower may buy it. -
.
So much nicer than what she purchased
