After seeing how Don's work has champagne, beer on the daily, bacon, and fridges that look like a frat house on party night, it's absolutely no wonder why Jen has such a warped view of the world. She must think that every employee of every company drinks beer and champagne at work daily.
She probably sat in RM1 thinking "I'm more productive than half of the employees at Don's work. I'm organizing and mailing prizes and filming myself. They are just day drinking."
