I saw that video of Kneady Homesteader, how very very sad. Gene will, if she watches it, will make it all about herself, how she no longer has a husband, she is raising 2 children, etc. i can not imagine the pain, booth physical and emotional that woman is going thru. And the kids, no father and a moth that they have not seen their mother. So very sad.

I think any and all of her meltdowns have been about one of these three things (plus her weight). The most recent one is likely to do with #1. The timing fits and so it's the most logical conclusion to draw.

We shouldn't read much into the devestating news. Jen's priorites are so messed up that what would be devestating news to her wouldn't phase most and vice versa. Devestating news to Jen is only news that makes her life harder. I do not thing anyone dying would even bother her.

This hasn’t been a grey winter at all here. Our grey winters happen when it’s “warm.” It’s been a very sunny yet bitterly cold winter. Our early spring and late fall are the grey and dreary months historically.
