The Soup Kitchen is in session all next week with the 3rd quarter ending the 19th. They are off school the following week, so if they (not including Gene) are going to Utah, that will be when they go! . -

Yeah, I remember Jen going alone in the spring, but the family trips seem to be twice a year, July-August and New Years.. -

Maybe they missed their regularly scheduled trip so they must take a make up trip to get back on track. Because nothing says I own my own vacation house like keeping to a rigid visiting schedule 🤷🏼♀️.
Alternatively, maybe Sweet Boy and Jen 2.0 are having a little out of town nookie and the drone will be deployed by a crazed, filthy women from a pup tent nearby.
Third possibility, Gene is offloading the precious angels on her BFF ex, and hitting the road in a rental van camper. Nothing says holiday fun like pooping in a bucket!.
