I suffer, as several others here do, from chronic pain. I walk a lot as it really strengthens my core and helps keep my back in place. Bit nothing will cure the pain that comes from joints wearing out or nerves getting pissed off because of that. I would never attempt running, I know better than to subject my knees and spine to that kind of jarring. Sure, Gene can get a lot of cardio in on her BFF Peloton seat, but the is building those thigh muscles, eating double or triple the calories she is burning, no amount of thunder thighs can keep up with that. She could get a personal trainer in to show her the proper way to use those weights she bough so that every other day she could do correct exercises, but Gene knows best.
I hope her vanlife dreams come true, giving the kids over to their dad full time, selling RM2 (at a loss), buying a van with none of the comforts of a claundry, no way to get food delivered, no oven to bake firewood in, it will be glorious to watch.

Jen went over to Emilys house drilled 2 screws in a cabinet and put some decals on the wall, but then she had to leave before they finished the project because her neck hurt. How lazy. Only a few decals were left. I would feel embarassed.

Someone mentioned recently that they don’t see some of Jen’s stories until a while after other bakers mention them. The “I’m not ready to talk about it” that Bangle Bitch posted above just now showed up for me finally. So strange. It must be my lowly position in the 99%er hierarchy. 😉
And there was this one, which doesn’t quite align with her insistence that she was thinking of leaving for years. (Or maybe the pain was less alimony than she wanted...or more time with the kids  )
