Hey Jen! I don't use Instagram and since you probably skim here, here's my poll answers for you...
YouTube (generally) isn't live. I'm not sitting waiting for any of the channels I follow to post at a certain time of day. I watch when suits my schedule, not yours. Sometimes that's at release if I happen to be online at the time, sometimes it's days/weeks later. Rather than wonder whether you should post on a Tuesday or Wednesday, how about trying to release more than a video a month? Bonus points if it doesn't look like you hate everyone and everything while filming.
And for the love of God, stop telling everyone you love them. You don't.

Marnie just did this too. Her new posting schedule lasted a week. IIRC, she said that despite the poll answers, she was getting less views when she moved it from her regular time (from AM to afternoon) so she went back pretty quickly.
But Marnie is the #breadwinner so her views matter (even if her content is disingenuous crap, but I digress). Jen pretending to care about views suddenly is laughable.

Seriously, just post the freaking video.
As an aside, I'm going on a 4-6 week road trip once I'm fully vaccinated, and plan to camp a good part of the time, which is much of the reason I've been watching some van life you tubers. I really like Nikki Devanthal's videos. She's been living in a Prius, WITH a dog, for a year or so I think. I really like her videos.
(Edit) Also, she is donating money she earns from doing this to charity. I think I read that one month, she was able to donate $6000. I feel like she actually cares about making the world a better place, and is backing it up with real action.

On Youtube you can see how many people watched your video hourly for the past 48 hours, but anything earlier than that, you just see daily totals. The way the Youtube algorithm works is constantly changing, but generally speaking it does favour videos that get lots of watches soon after they are posted. So Jen is trying to time her release of her videos to coincide with when Youtube is most active in order to drive up her audience engagement.
What she doesn't realize is that instead of trying to game the system, if she really wanted more subscribers or more views, all she has to do is POST THE CONTENT SHE KEEPS PROMISING AND THEN NOT CREATING. She's way overcomplicating this.
