Well Jen, if you come to the Rewatch thread, we’ll show you how you’ve been complaining yet claiming to change for the last 10 years (with zero evidence of said change).

Is that carrot cake recipe on line? I mean, it has a lot of sugar considering carrots are pretty dam sweet. And the frosting, screw that, I want real cream cheese icing. I guess I am a carrot cake snob, but I won’t put pineapple, raisins, or any nuts, especially walnuts in mine. If I am baking to give to someone, yes, raisins and nuts are fine, I just hate them.

(For my fellow GF peeps I found this recipe. It's not a conventional carrot cake recipe with cream cheese frosting but it sounds good and Nigella doesn't usually disappoint, in my experience, so I'm gonna try it.) . -
