I would have thought he and the husband are the new owners, but that makes it sound like he's not one of the owners.
Anybody else catch that? It looks like he is a real estate agent. It could be habit or they could be flipping it?
I deleted my post because when I thought about it afterward I figured it might be something of that sort. It just sounded weird at first.
