I wonder if RM will be a fix n flip???? They're living in it and will reno, and already have a buyer? living in it to avoid capital gains......the 1 husband is a real estate agent. we need to keep eyes on the property to see if it flips in the next 6-12 mos...

His kids and his dad were doing an Easter egg hunt in the backyard and there was seating on the patio that didn’t look like anything we had seen before. Some of the comments indicated how far he had come from living at his grandmother’s place, etc. other people said they couldn’t wait to see it. But I agree his comments about the owners makes seem seem like this is not his home.
Remember when Jen did an Easter egg hunt in the backyard with her kids? 😉

Not wanting to blowup his fb page what did they do to the fireplace? Watching the re-watch thread how sad I was thinking the fireplace in RM1 looked better than RM2.
I'm looking at houses and every now and then I see a kitchen island that looks like it uses the same material as that horrific fireplace in RM2. Needless to say I pass on even looking at that house as it'd remind me of Gene and I'd have to have it all ripped out.

To whoever mentioned it the other day, they are removing the corner pieces from the molding 
Also looks like painting everything and maybe redoing the floors (they didn't seem to have any plastic/protection over them while doing major work. I hope they also show winnies bathroom makeover lol
