I feel like all of us Bakers just shared a really big meal and we will all go to bed with full tummies!
I can definitely see why she’s had an unproductive bee in her bonnet lately. I don’t think she should watch this. It’s not good for her gentleness.

I googled the address and found name of new owner/Trustee and posted it. That’s when another Baker sleuthed through FB and found his husband who had posted a number of videos of the fireplace Reno.
Public posts stopped at Easter though.
He is a realtor but also the husband of the owner of record. There is speculation that it’s a flip or possibly that he’s saying “owner” just not to let everyone know it’s his house (he has > 1000 FB friends).

Wow, what a change. A huge improvement. I noticed when he opened the door in one video, there is a realtor’s lock box looking thing hanging on the entry hardware.
