If there were personal items there (photo boxes? I didn't see them but someone mentioned them on the kitchen counter) and it was prior to post date of March 16 maybe the renos had to be done before closing? There was still a lockbox on the door.
Does anyone remember when she said "I received some devastating news"? Maybe she went over one last time (it was right before stated closing in that week she was silent and "had to take care of some stuff") and had to witness her beloved fireplace in shambles. She likes to say she has moved on but I don't really think she has, at least part of her.. -

It’s nice to see that even if it is a flip, they are doing a nice job on it. Not just updating finishes and painting everything grey. Like a lot of flippers probably would have left the fireplace and painted it white. I think that house is way nicer than RM2. Even with the Flintstones fireplace. . -

Imagine Gene flying around RM2 last night, realizing her haterz found the remodel videos. The nostril flares, the binge eating, maybe even physically throwing anything within reach. but I can't believe dumbass Gene left ANY of her freaking hoard for the buyers after all that time! To me that's so unconscionable. Get rid of it so the new owners don't need to deal with your actual shit you couldn't be bothered to deal with for a whole year. During a pandemic. When there was literally nothing else to do anyway.
