The fire place looks awesome. They did a great job. It seems to really tie in so much better with the white kitchen.

My bet on Gene’s IG or YouTube return is after Memorial Day.
She’s busy “springing” now...I guess “wintering” just wasn’t enough.

Watching them rip out that hideous fireplace was everything I hoped it would be.

I love that they ripped out those pendant lamps too. Seems like they ripped the carpet up from the movie room and were reworking the molding. I did giggle wondering if those bins had been Jen’s

Thank you for sending the links, it was so satisfying to watch that ugly ass fireplace beaten to shreds. The new one is GORGEOUS and exactly what I would want. I definitely think this guy isn't the owner, he is just overseeing the construction and it is a potential flip for the people who bought it. For what it sold for and the current market they can make some bank on this house once it is updated.

Also, I know it is mean but I am just tickled to see that kitchen table that Jen would go on and on about protecting every "party" as if it was a family heirloom covered in demo dust.
