Office furniture stores probably had a major boom during the pandemic, but honestly, I can't see the demand staying high so I am not sure how they are affording a 2+ million dollar home.
They seemed like they were scraping by getting that trash heap house last time. If they are getting a mortgage, the lenders will track the money and a PPP loan won't work for that I am guessing. Dang, color me jealous, how much does she make off those overpriced oils?
Did we ever doubt that they would move though? I am not at all surprised. She hated that last house so much. I'm surprised it took as long as it did for her to cut and run.
