There’s some video somewhere where she’s cleaning out the kitchen (maybe it’s the video from above?) & she goes on & on about Don & all his extra pens.
And I remember watching & thinking that, even for Jen, it was kind of shocking… here’s a girl who has bins upon bins of rumpus markers & pens & pencils who has the audacity to whine about her husband & his few extra pens taking up space in a kitchen drawer.
I mean, seriously?! Did she really lack that much self-awareness?!
I remember that well. When was that? That is something I kept remembering when justifying (in my mind) why they were headed for divorce. It seems like such a small thing, but it was indicative of way bigger issues.
I just watched this video today! It was her junk drawer clean out video. Starts at 10:30. It was in 2019 so maybe they were already on rocky roads and his 20 pens pushed her over the edge...
