I have several seasons mixes in big shaker containers - same thing

I think the clear stuff tends to be pure spices rather than blends, or at least more established blends (garam masala, Italian seasoning) than ones that are intended to be used as a mix to season a entire dish (taco blend, the creole seasoning in your picture, basically any seasoning mix). I hope that makes sense
