I don't mind taking my shoes off at peoples houses but I don't like like being bare foot in spaces I'm not familiar with and I hate having their dirt on the bottom of my feet. 98% of the people who have asked me to take my shoes off didn't have floors clean enough to be requesting all that lol

That's just rude. Always mind rules at peoples houses even the ones you don't agree with. Unless they are harmful to you on some way. People kill me with that sort of self righteous attitude at someone's else's home smh.
