I want to spread the good word and recommend Allen Carr's book titled The Easy Way to Quit Smoking for any smokers you know who are struggling to quit. There is a free pdf version floating somewhere online too. A dear friend of mine (not Suzanne), who was a chain smoker quit after reading this book. It brings the smoker back to the mindset of a non-smoker. The smoker is encouraged to keep smoking while reading so they can see for themselves the "brainwashing" unravel while they're smoking. After he quit, my friend has been carrying copies of this book and preaching to the smokers at work and had some success stories..
