Watching her meals makes me think of one question: Does Jen even know how to be Vegan? She seems to eat the same foods day in and day out (only speculation based on what she has shown). I wonder though if she doesn't really fully know how to cook/meal plan. She seems to be lacking some serious protein in her diet.
