She does yoga and meditations more than anything and does the meditations with a heart rate monitor strapped on. On the 5th she started working out at 4:57 am after doing her last meditation at 10:29 the previous night, so she's obviously not getting much sleep.
On 8/2 she started with:
4:44 am-20 minute yoga flow
5:40am- 5 minute pre-run warm up
5:46 am- 5 minute active recovery: shins
5:56 am- 45 minute power walk
6:42 am- 10 minute cool down run
6:58- 5 minute post-run stretch
7:29- 30 minute full body strength
8:03- 10 minute full body stretch
11:45pm- 10 minute mid night meditation
Then she was back up at 5:36 am the next day doing another 30 minute yoga.. -

Watching the wrapping paper video, I was just thinking of how she had taken over the entire house. The guest room was overrun with her Christmas shopping. She had one bedroom as her Craptice, one bedroom for her doll collection. The master bedroom closet was filled 90% with her stuff. Even the dresser drawers were filled with her stuff. How caged.
The only room Don could call just his was a little room in the basement which also had the gym, the laundry and Amazon warehouse filled with her stuff.
No wonder she resented the arrival of the kids so much. She had to give up TWO bedrooms.. -

.Umm.. you are supposed to put color coded sticky notes on each bin, with lists of what you need to buy for the next year. Like cocktail napkins and lights and candles, etc.
When I put the Christmas stuff away I make a running list of what I do and do not need next year - tags, ribbon, Christmas napkins etc. We still have a wall calendar so I put the sticky on the last page of the new calendar. I also have a small/thin Christmas binder that I pull out from year to year.
I’m no Jen, but these things do help me a little bit each year to not get overwhelmed.

Why did Jen seem so impressive in her early videos? All she was doing was what the rest of us do, and we call it common sense. (I fell prey to her busy bee bs like many others and now I really wonder wth was I thinking, then again she was like a train that was going to wreck and maybe we (I) all sensed it was just a matter of time.. -

Jen's life now seems like such a sad, hollow existence. I suppose it kind of always was, as even pre-divorce she never really seemed to care about anyone besides herself. She still worked out and shopped compulsively to try to medicate her unhappiness. But she at least had the illusion of a happy family before she blew up her life. Now she has a big empty house and only her Peloton for company because she never bothered to make any friends. It's going to be impossible for her to keep convincing her viewers that she's happier this way. . -

She’s made working out into a part time job. Even my personal trainer doesn’t work out as long as she does. And he’s actually fit af unlike Bertha Gene. . -

She's been eating her feelings. She has to work out like an obsessed maniac to offset the calories. A pint of B&J is probably being wolfed down nightly, and that's 1,500 calories right there. She'd be 400 pounds by now if she didn't work out for hours. Her alleged ED won't let her gain weight like that. She has nothing better to do anyway but obsess over her weight and work out 4 hours a day.
It's hilarious that she keeps showing hummus and veggies as her meals. No one is buying it.. -
