Charlotte will be 6 in December and I believe has to attend Kindergarten this year (she and my son were born 2 days apart and he's required to start this year).
But yeah I absolutely do not buy that she's not taking the kids anywhere because of school travel rules. She just wants to be alone to listen to magical amazing raindrops lol.
FYI: Kindergarten attendance is not mandatory in Illinois, and compulsory school attendance is not required until their 6th birthday is on or before September 1st. Illinois does have Kindergarten programs for 5 yr olds and preschool programs for 3 and 4 yr olds, but these are not required by law.

She really doesn’t see/hear herself does she? First she doesn’t take the kids with her because it’s Don’s time with them, now it’s because the school said for the kids not to travel. You can travel Jenn, but not the kids according to the school. Her next excuse for never traveling with her kids will be that they’re more comfortable at home and aren’t as rugged and adventurous as her, so she respects their decision to just stay home 🙄🙄🙄🙄 JEN! YOU SUCK!

I wouldn’t put it past her to make a financial arrangement to give up custody of those kids.
I think he has full custody and she will have some sort of visitation. I think he banned her from putting them on her SM.
I truly think it’s unlikely Jen doesn’t have custody. I think it’s still 50/50 and she’s just pulled back on sharing. She rarely shares anything at all these days it’s hard to know what’s going on.
