She just doesn’t know how to interact with people in a normal way, and much of that probably stems from running off whatever friends she had with her snooty brattiness.
But in the past year she has learned that even she doesn’t always get what she wants and it’s upended here life to the point of spiraling so far down that she’s completely lost.
She needs help, but her inner narcissistic brat won’t let allow her to admit that.

Not that there’s anything at all wrong with a low key celebration with family and good friends.
Tens followed more people and picked up a few followers. I’m guessing people she met at the ♥️ 🏡 🪵 🏢

Maybe they wanted to keep it small because of the raging global pandemic? I would side eye a huge party a hell of a lot more than a small gathering with close friends and family.
(Don't mind me, I'm just bitter that TWO vacations have been canceled and now we're back to square one. At least I probably won't die if I get covid since I'm vaxxed, but I really REALLY need a vacation.)

I think that the "party" was just the McLean's and the Ross's. Just the 2 families celebrating. maybe one or two others, if they were friends with Poopsie & the Senior McLean.
As for the "curating" the cake.....I so wish that he had said "Tens & Emily COMMISSIONED the cake" Then we would know that it was a dig at Jen!

This looked like the typical, albeit slightly zhuzhed, Ross ‘party’. I am guessing that’s why it was relegated to stories rather than them preening endlessly about it and keeping it as a fixture on the IG forevah.
Now if there had been something really brag worthy, we would be up to our necks in the #s.

Jen doesn't want real help - she wants someone who will tell her what she wants to hear. When Judith stopped doing that, she fired her.

Agreed. And I will go one step further in that I doubt they pay her any attention at all, other than when it comes time to swap kids. Someone suggested maybe color of roses or presence of green beans were Jen shade. Nah. Jen is no longer part of their lives really. They are glad to be done with her. It's been two years since separation. After allowing her to ruin their summer in Utah last year, that was pretty much the end of the Jen era.
I'm also on the Emily-knew-Tens train.

I don't like the balloons but it seems Rosses always need balloons at parties
I assume this party was only for the 2 neighboring log cabins and their families? not a party for everyone that Jeff and his guy know? it seemed ok for a small low key event. it was nice of E & T to plan something for them. probably a nice bonding thing for them
