Only because I’m bored, I checked Zillow to see what the current zestimate is for both RM1 and Jen’s guardrail McMansion. I know you have to take zilllow with a grain of salt, but both are estimated to have dropped in value since they were sold, RM1 by 100k and the the guardrail McMansion by 35k.

Jen doesn't want real help - she wants someone who will tell her what she wants to hear. When Judith stopped doing that, she fired her.
Jen has always had a soft place to fall.
We get emotional muscle through everyday life. Being A broke college student., getting rejected for a job…., or a horrible first few jobs., . struggling through financial difficulties when you are a young couple, and later maybe health issues for your family, children, or parents.
Jen hasn’t had any of these. Jen is used to life going her way. So now, she doesn’t know how to cope. She has never had to have any real self discipline.
Which is why people tell her again and again to get a job or volunteer. To be accountable, She doesnt see or understand the need for that,

Anyone remember how I said there was a neighboring house by the Log Prison for sale? Well NOW IT'S UNDER CONTRACT. It's literally a 1 minute walk from the prison. Tons of windows too, not so prisonlike.
I can't answer PMs this time asking for the address or the listing. It's easy to find though

That's a very LDS pic. I guess there was a porn star wedding and this was the family friendly (undies) reception. Good on them for keeping both lifestyles working for them. It cannot be easy being gay in Utah.
