During her recent time in Europe I gotta say it speaks to her mental state that she had to do sleep meditations while on vacation. I haven't known anyone else who needs to do that. For me, sleeping in hotels is never as good as sleeping at home, esp with jet lag, but even so I'm usually sooooooo relaxed from being away from everyday life and responsibilities while on vacation that I have very few problems sleeping deeply even though I have chronic pain and can be princess & the pea about the hotel bed. Clearly her manic exercising, shin recovery and sleep meditations and terrible diet are doing little to calm the noise in her head 
Also who was asking about can dentists tell if someone has an eating disorder from their teeth? I think it's entirely possible and I'm guessing they're trained to notice the warning signs.

Calling people darling as a pet name is something brits do.
Describing a couch or a house as darling seems upper middle class American to me more than anything else. Like people who feel like cute is beneath them say things are darling. The mother/grandmother in The Gilmore Girls described things as darling.

I stand firm in my conviction that Jen is not an introvert. She is a self-absorbed taker who hates being around people because it requires giving a little. She also exudes pretentiousness, which is a huge turnoff, so she retreats to her little Internet world where she can delete uncomfortable truths instead of learning from them.
