I personally don't think Jen can really have any opinion on the subject if the reason for a hiring nanny is that Don now has custody of the kids most days and his and Tens' work schedules do not allow them to be fully available when the kids are not in school. For all we know, the reason he has them more these days could be because Jen has willingly chosen to give up more of her time with them.
