I dont think the house is bad It doesn't scream high end but not bad. Several items are super outdated like the tubs and the cabinets in the bathroom. The worst to me is the hideous sepration in flooring from the kitchen to dining. The kitchen tile is bad but flippers saved money by keeping it. The wood needed to go into the kitchen too. That would have to be changed day one for me! The house is huge! I have a 5 bedroom 6 bath home and it is so much to clean. No wonder T needs help! I am familiar with the area they are in, only 10 minutes from my SIL and it is a nice area.
