The gaudy thing I mentioned at the Bank of Ross is the house number on the asphalt; I just think it's really tacky and didn't think I had to spell it out. I might like to find fault with things but you really think I'd have a problem with rubbish bins or power lines?! . -

I was about to ask if you meant there is no guardrail! 🤣
To me, the house and the pool look like they don't belong in the same property. I fully agree with the baker who called rm3 an asylum.. -

I know I’m late but she baked us MUFFINS! Hi Jen! Don’t worry, we’ll still talk about you, thanks for letting us know you still parent your kids occasionally!

Thank you for the pics. Wow, just wow. The garden is the best. The window bench in the bathroom got me. And the round lights in the master bedroom and bath. You ladies cracked me up with this house I had to see for myself. . -
.
Great description for the house! 👋. -
.
I dont think the house is bad It doesn't scream high end but not bad. Several items are super outdated like the tubs and the cabinets in the bathroom. The worst to me is the hideous sepration in flooring from the kitchen to dining. The kitchen tile is bad but flippers saved money by keeping it. The wood needed to go into the kitchen too. That would have to be changed day one for me! The house is huge! I have a 5 bedroom 6 bath home and it is so much to clean. No wonder T needs help! I am familiar with the area they are in, only 10 minutes from my SIL and it is a nice area. . -
.With all the clues here I'm 99.9% sure I found the house. Not a fan of the house, but it's fixable. The location is fantastic with that many kids. The light fixtures remind me of living in the Middle East, very gaudy. I believe the previous owner may have been Russian? Interesting...
The previous owner's name would indicate that they may be Russian.. -
.The preflip photos are super nauseating, but the dealbreaker for me are those ghastly overhead wires right across the grand entrance seen on street view. My OCD is in full swing looking at that mess. The house that closed on 8/2 in the same area would have been my choice over this one. All that said, Jen’s still having a conniption I’m sure.
Lol. Don’t come to New England. Most our power lines are above ground and go along street and from street to each house. Just like at D & Ts house.
Same in Upstate NY. Power lines are a weird thing to trigger you, they're everywhere here.. -

see -I wonder how chicago area bakers thinlk of their location?
LOL
I have a cousin who bought a garden type house in a planned community WAY on the "Wrong side of town: in city I live in
I COULD NOT believe it-i was actually shocked
I think Don & tens did it to get more house for their $$$. -

The house goes to show that money can’t buy you class. It looks like it was a smaller house and some where along the way they put on additions.
Tens sold her soul to the devil.. -

Tens sure hit the Donlottery. Going from being the hired help to having housekeepers and nannies and a million dollar home. She better please DonDon or she’ll have to go back to her 1,700 square foot house. . -

The hired help?
I think this is saying more about you than her.. -

Two refrigerators reminded me of people who keep kosher homes. I knew someone with two fridges, two dishwashers, two sets of everyday dishes and two sets of fancy dishes. It is really extreme but that’s what they needed to be comfortable with the dairy/meat separate beliefs. I think Ten’s is Jewish but her charcuterie board wasn’t kosher. Why would the house have two refrigerators in the kitchen? I can’t see even one dishwasher but there could be two. . -
.It must be said, no matter what we think of the house, (dorm w a pool to me) day-cor (screams flip quickly), and location
(not Glenview folks and that is a big deal,
