It's Wed, and they definitely have a new schedule with the kids. Used to be Tues nights and Th nights with Don. She definitely had them this morning as there was the usual 0 dark thirty yoga and meditations and then a gap til 8:40 when she began about an hour of runs and walks and stretches.
Also, I don't think she's exercising incredibly excessively. She's alternating run days with ride days and then taking a break every third or fourth day, only doing yoga and meditations that day. Of course she does those 7 days a week. Usually does core work with running and strength training on ride days. The Peloton app makes it look like a lot because it shows her doing something every day, but a lot of it is yoga, stretching warm ups, cool downs, etc.

Go volunteer at the Humane Society, find a girlfriend to have lunch with, take your mom to a museum or GOD FORBID, hit the toy store with your kids after school and let them pick out something they really want - just for the hell of it and because it will bring them joy.

Is there anything more sexless and unattractive than a grey tank top and an awful manly cap like that? You'd wear it to cut the lawn (I still wouldn't) not on a nice trip to a museum or beach. All you get is sweaty limp hat hair for the rest of the day.

This cow hasn't really decorated for Christmas since CC was born. She can't allow such frivolities as happiness. I bet Don and the new FamJam will go ALL OUT! Jen will just grow more bitter.
