She’s so busy with her boring monologue about how the view is not to her liking that she’s paying zero attention to the kids.
Charlotte runs past her and it apparently doesn’t even register, she doesn’t look up or look back to see where she’s going.
She could have done a voiceover for most of this video instead of blabbing to the camera while not paying attention to her children.

QUOTE (seabassJr @ 22/9/2021, 21:01) QUOTE (Beetrix @ 22/9/2021, 20:51) this REALY poisses me off NO FLOTATION device? she could flip and go head first <snip> I will give a semi-pass. That screen grab makes it look far more awful than it actually is. There is a sandbar - the water is actually barely up to CC’s ankles. The depth perception is also a little off due to the haze. Due to how shallow the water actually is, Jen could easily run to her with very little water resistance. And she is watching through the camera. A child can absolutely drown in an inch of water which is why they shouldn’t be left unattended. But in this case, Jen is staying reasonably safe even if she’s not mother of the year by any stretch. Nope. She’s 5 and has virtually no water experience. Absolutely not ok.

I should be used to it by now but how does she have zero self awareness? Yes, you're being a hypocrite Jen, but not just because of the kids stuff. You're really going to sit there and try to talk about how society should be sharing more and that humans are meant to be in communities and congregated together when you are self proclaimed "solo" mother, wanderer, loser, etc. You go and do things ALONE. You drive to the middle of nowhere to sleep in your car ALONE or in some tiny cabin ALONE. You don't leave your house, you don't have friends, you don't even allow the people who are watching your videos to comment. Volunteer or something, HELP THE COMMUNITY.

If this was an advertisement for a babysitting service no one would hire her. Ever.

QUOTE (NorthShoreExchange @ 22/9/2021, 20:24) QUOTE (Good Morning Friends @ 22/9/2021, 19:28) "I'm not worried about my children's safety" I haven’t watched, that’s CC?! Holy shit. That is terrifyingly far out for such a young child. And the water at Bear Lake is cold even in the summer time.

Jen always acts like her kids are teenagers and can fend for themselves and need minimal supervision. They're 5 and 3....

The man talking was still talking while she was. He’s talking to someone near her, but not her

Stop shifting your expectations to fit whatever narrative it is you are currently trying to convince people you subscribe to you big fat loser!

That’s a double nope from me

Jen: This is our first trip, just the three of us! So special! Our little family of 3!
Also Jen: JUST BECAUSE I DON'T SHOW IT DOESN'T MEAN WE AREN'T GOING ON MANY ADVENTURES!!!
ALSO Jen, making up excuses: We can't travel much. Pandemic. School. Quarantine. Did I mention PANDEMIC!? (even though mama apparently left the country and it doesn't stop her from traveling)

Well, IF there was a man talking to Jen it makes perfect sense that he said "NO".
