I really don't think it's RD.....but if it is it would be a relationship of convenience only. She'd be a housekeeper, cook, and child minder while Tom goes about his life doing as he pleases, including other women. I certainly hope and pray no woman would agree to that!!!
He said he was waiting for a new woman to build onto the house bc she would probably want to give her input. Sure, but there are only so many ways he can add on to that house.
Let's say for example, he could add on to the side where the kitchen is. He could have that wall torn out, make a very large kitchen with a dining area, enlarge the living room with ample space for homeschooling or gaming and make it two story with a master bedroom upstairs. That might put him too far from the kids so he could also put maybe two bedrooms with a bonus area around the two bedrooms and a bathroom up there.
I'm sure if an architect helped him design it and he said middle of the line enough, just about anyone would like it. He would definitely have to veer away from very specific decorations and tastes like themed rooms (aka ship themed bathroom), dark and drabby brown cabinets, and painted on castle walls (tacky imo).
I choose not to speculate about Tom's "special friend" 1. Because it's pointless 2. That's exactly what he wants us to do and 3. For some reason I just don't care.
While I think RD would be the perfect wife for him because she's so obsessed - like others have said - she's not HOT enough! He has a big yard outside and a lot of space where he could add on.....Andrea even drew plans for how she wanted to add on to the house. He showed them on a video soon after she passed away. She wanted to build a big family room where all their grandbabies could play together one day. Andrea also wanted to add on a small apartment so Grandma Fern could go live with them when she wasn't able to live alone in her home anymore. She wanted Grandma Fern to go be with them but have her own room and bathroom so she could have privacy.
Tommo wont add on to the house. He's too scared of debt. He doesn't want to spend any money and he wont go get a loan to do it either. Look how long it took to add on the boys bathroom and he did all the work himself. Its too tiny to turn around in. He wont even get the floors redone and they are a horrible mess. He hasn't finished the girls bedroom either and all he needs is to do is go buy curtains....no construction work required.....but he still isn't doing it.
IF he got remarried, I dont think the new wife would have any input into the house. Or adding on to the house. Maybe he would allow her to go buy some paint and paint it herself....like Andrea did. He's not gonna have a women tell him how to add on or what she wants him to add on. Think about how angry Asher and Judah would be if anybody else moved in there and started to rearrange their home and change it? OMG it would be war. They cant even handle a housekeeper going in to clean the house.
Saying he's waiting for a woman to give her opinion on the house and adding on to it is the funnies thing I ever heard. When I heard him say that I thought it was hysterical. That's never gonna happen.
He will probably tell his new wife that Thomas will be moving out soon, and Asher and Judah will also move out sooner rather than later....so if she waits until that happens they will have more space. Maybe Thomas, Asher and Judah could go live in the yard in the old green van? How are they gonna afford to rent a place? Even if they lived together they couldn't make rent.

Also that little thing she said about her husband was just completely wrong. He works hard to provide for her and her 3 girls along with Tommy Mills and 9 children. She must be as ungrateful as Tommo. She will definitely fit right in. Idk if she is the “hot, young chick” he was hoping for but he can definitely use her like he did to poor April.
Also do you guys think when (or if) he adds onto the house he will actually hire professionals, or will he try to do it all himself? He never has the time but he did the 2nd bathroom, and all the other maintenance projects in the house.
I hope he actually hires someone, for everyone’s sake.
I wonder if Rachel Day-Mills reads here?! She has a big obsession with the mills. She probably reads, then reports back to Tommy.
She also has no boundaries, she spends hundreds of dollars on kids she has never met before. She only watches them online, but keeps track of every single detail. They are minors! She treats Tom Mills like he is Ariana Grande, a big celebrity or something. It is not like she is spending the money on kids who are need, the ones who don’t actually have anything. I understand sending something every once in a while or sending fan mail but you can tell she does everything with an obsession. She needs to calm down and worry about her own kids.
She said her husband wasn’t a tenth of the man Tommo is. She really should focus on her marriage not another man’s family.
