For me, when I’m feeling emotionally depleted and vulnerable, self indulgence like expensive trips only fuel my anxiety. Have you ever thought of using your privilege and vast resources to help others like in the capacity of a volunteer? Getting out of your head and privileged bubble and seeing how others live really puts things into perspective. I promise you will feel fulfilled in ways you will not expect.
