Every time I look at her morose face, I can't help thinking what bad vibes she was giving out in that restaurant. Sitting there sweaty, stinky, sulky and teary eyed. Yikes. . -

Remember that vlog when she was in LA (??) by herself. I think that was the one where Don flew home after she had finished a race and she stayed back for some ME time (to binge eat). She ordered room service and said she couldn't decide what she wanted so she got everything she had her eye on. Piggy. . -

For me, when I’m feeling emotionally depleted and vulnerable, self indulgence like expensive trips only fuel my anxiety. Have you ever thought of using your privilege and vast resources to help others like in the capacity of a volunteer? Getting out of your head and privileged bubble and seeing how others live really puts things into perspective. I promise you will feel fulfilled in ways you will not expect. This is coming from a very privileged person to another. Good luck, Jen!
